Job description
- Handle domestic & international purchase
- Regular follow-ups with domestic & international vendors
- Work on costing and analyse profit margin
- New Product Development (R&D for materials used, pricing, margins etc)
- Responsible for Quality Control
- Follow-up with vendors related to customer's order
- Prepare purchase order
- Site Visit to check status of products/orders
- Follow-up with internal team with regards to the dispatch /delivery of orders to the customers' site
- Responsible for international Shipment(arrangements of import documents and tracking)
- Responsible for Job Work Settlement
- Prepare all related reports
- Catalogue /Books Preparation
Required Candidate profile
- Excellent written and oral communication capabilities.
- Confident and Mature to handle vendors
- Good proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of other MS Office Apps (Word, PPT & Outlook)
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and enthusiastic attitude
- Analytical skill is required
- Good at Negotiation
- New Vendor development as per requirement
- Minimum 2 years experience in Home Decor Merchandising
